I looked into my tank in the middle of the night last night with a flashlight and saw what had to be thousands of these little bugs crawling everywhere. They don’t look like copods. They have almost a teardrop shape. At first I thought they were baby snails till I realized that there were thousands of them.
The video shows some zoanthids because it’s easier to see them against the coral but they are literally on everything, not just my zoas.
None of my coral or fish have been showing any signs of distress and my substrate is looking a lot cleaner lately... I’m hoping someone can ID these things. Are they isopods? Are they the good kind or bad kind?

Thanks!

Agree on ostracods and algae eaters and only out in low to no light.
