"Bug on Arcan plug"

Picture is not great. But the bug is in the dead center of frame. Very fast. Reminds me of a long slender copapod, but very fast and runs all over. Any ideas? Pest? Beneficial?

Looks like an isopod kind of. Maybe it is? Would it stay isolated to a coral in a frag tank? New tank, so probably hitchhiked in.
