I went to move my acan coral tonight and I noticed some small bugs moving under it. I couldn't tell if it was a copepod or something else, and couldn't get a good picture of it. I don't see any on top, just under the hard base of the acan. Is this something I should be concerned with?

I know every time I move something around in my tank, my hands get covered with amphipods. Honestly freaks me out but shouldn't do any harm if that's what you have. You can google it and see if that looks like what you saw.

Bugs can be good or bad, without a picture or at least a description we won't really be able to help

I'll try and get a better picture tonight. I think I saw a few hanging out on the thermometer. I'm leaning towards amphipod.

Haven't seen any issues with the Acan, here is the best picture out of the ones I was able to take.

Pods, they are almost always good to have
