Bugs!

Hi everyone While I was looking around the rock this morning I saw a bug I've never seen before. I'm sure it wasn't a pod of any sort. It was too quick to take a picture of. Is there any kind of reference for reef bugs with pictures for me to ID this critter? I would really like to know if it's a good guy or bad. Thanks!
