Bugs?

Do not know if it should go here or general reef. But does anyone know of a site that has pics of good and bad bugs in tanks? It is hard for me to get a pic but under almost all my frags plugs there are little bugs. They do not really look like copapods. They are greyish, very small and look to be fuzzy. They are smaller then the copepods I see running around. Any idease

They almost look like sand skaters. Do these guys live in the sand or will you also find them in the rocks and on plugs?

Thanks and can't wait. I got scared at first because I just got my first acro about a week ago. I moved some frag tonight because my new anenome is moving and just now noticed the pugs. So I freaked out. Feel better now.
