Newbie here, I bought used tank that come with sump. Tank itself is 120 gallon (4x2x2), and the sump is basically just a 40 gallon tank that is 3ft long. sock is done via std hang on sock holder, and that's it, there is no partition between the spaces in the sump. I have cad light protein skimmer, 2 eheim heatera, a bag of ceramic ring and then return pump - Marineland 5500, which provide strong return flow to the DT.
I am setting up mixed reef tank with medium bioload, is it worth to build refugium and what's the easiest way to make my own fuge in this sump?
