Hello guys, i will soon build a thread but as of today I began cycling. I had a question as to how you guys go about cycling your tank? Im doing the fishless cycle where i added ammonium chloride and Dr Tims One and Only Nitrifying Bacteria. Should i test daily and if so, do add more ammonium if my ammonia is below 2 ppm? I heard i should leave it alone and others have told me to add more. What do yall say?

It usually takes about 3.5 weeks to cycle. Really no point in testing during that time, just let nature do its thing. After 23 or 24 days I test for nitrates. Assuming they're there, I'll do a 50% water change, wait 2 more days, and add a couple fish. I've never used ammonia, but I do drop a couple pellets in to get things going.
