Build threads with cover photos?

How do some build threads have cover photos? I think it’s really cool and I’d want to put one for mine, but I don’t see any option to.

I believe you have to be a supporter, or grandfathered in.

Partner membership allows you to do that. They have a drive once a year, when you can join.

dang. Was interested in that too... thankfully r2r needs the normal members to get all the advertisers and sponsors. If not for that money I don't think they'd even let regular members create threads at all.
