Building a 120 Gallon fish/Reef tank from scratch

Ok guys fairly new to doing this from nothing. Got a tank from guy moving out of country. He was going to put it in wall of his new home but figured he would just buy a tank over there rather then damaging this one in the move. So the tank is 120 Gallons . I just built a stand and it’s built like a brick house...lol you will see in my photos what I mean. Tank was all glass and I painted back blue but after looking at it I went in different direction. So here is what I did so far . Still got more rock work to do but it’s coming along nicely I think ? I painted top of stand blue in case I want to go bare. Still undecided about that. Because it’s a new set up. Let me know what you think? Any suggestions would be nice. Keep in mind I’m not well off working stiff and can’t afford all the neat new tech.

Adding a controllable LED light strip along top of stand to highlight the ledger rock. The tank will not be the only thing lit...lol lots of fun doing this yourself. Going to add a power / controller panel box to side and small counter on each side. Will update photos this weekend .
