im going to build a canopy for my 120 .is there any thing to watch out for, need to make sure i do or dont do?:confuse:

I can post pics of the construction of my 100G oak canopy. Things I recommend are a fan in each end both blowing in for cooling with exit holes in the ceiling of the canopy so you take advantage of convection too and piano hinges on the top so you can open it up wide for maintenance.

Here's some pictures of one I build out of blue pine with the piano hinge.

Cool! Nice rustic look.

Here are a few of mine, the basic construction is 1/2" oak plywood with 1x2 oak bracing and trim.

Here the top doors for feeding show up a little better, I used hidden european hinges on the doors

LOL, thanks - unfortunately I don't have any plans to get out there any time soon. Be sure and post a build thread with pictures on your new canopy.
