Building sump do these dimensions make sense?

These are the cuts I’m looking to get to build a base structure of the sump does it look like right?

Your sides are 1/4" over. Side panels need to sit on bottom panel. Unless they serve a purpose.

If you're not adding baffles, I would make it out of 3/8" acrylic.

Isn’t it better if the sides sit inside or is it better on the other portion and I’ll be adding baffles and maybe a euro brace due to cost of 3/8th

Yes, side panels should sit on top of bottom panel. Cool, with brace and baffle you'll be good.
