How often should i change my bulbs out? I have a coralife setup 34" with an ultra sun and an ocean sun bulb in it currently...not sure how old the bulbs are because a friend gave me the light fixture and bulbs, also what kind of bulbs do yall recomend i use to give the water a more blue appearance? I have damsels, two ocellaris, and one condy anemone and numerous snails and 2 hermits

Every 6-9 months. Keep a spare one on hand so you can slip it in and see the brightness loss of the old ones.

What do you mean by p.c. fixture? And i have a spare ultra sun but not a ocean sun, i want to change them out to something that will still provide enough light for everyone in the tank but i want a more blue look to it as if it is a section taken out of the ocean

Heres a pic if it help

T5's last about 9-10 months. It will depend on how they are cooled. If you have a good fan like an ATI system you might get 11 but that is pushing it. Get some new bulbs and replace some of them, you should see a difference.

I want to get new bulbs this weekend but i want a more natural ocean blue look to the water...any suggestions on what bulbs i should go with that wont sacrifice the light my condy needs?

I used ati t5 bulbs on a 75 gal and changed them every 8mounts but I did one @ a time so I didn't burn coarls I loved the ati t5
