Bulb replacement

I am needing to replace my bulbs in my aquaticlife 12 bulb fixture. It is on a 180 gal 6x2x2. Currently is a mixed reef trying to get a blue color to it bit not over board. Any help and suggestions would be great

One thing to always realize is to raise the fixture after changing the bulbs as the new bulbs will have a higher output than the old ones.
