Bulge on Diamond Goby's belly

Hiya all I have a diamond goby, had him for 2 years now and tonight i noticed a bulge on his belly.
Any ideas what this could be? thanks.

see some of the pics of my poor goby hopefully you can help me diagnose, something as simple as garlic would help?

Let's see if we can get some more info on this fish to be able to help. 1st things first... That's not a diamond goby. Is this the fish your speaking of? Second... I think I see a very slight bulge in the belly of this fish. How long have you had him? Was he qt'd? Any new additions to the tank since he was added?

I think that's a Sleeper Goby. I'm wondering if maybe he swallowed something he shouldn't have. Try feeding a peeled boiled pea (same kind you & I eat), as the fiber contained in that may help "push things out" .....

Could also be an internal bacterial infection, a tumor or a swim bladder disorder of some kind. But let's see first if the "pea trick" works.

Hiya thanks i know its tough with the pictures lol. Had him for 2 years, nothing added to the tank. He was QTed and had no issues at all before.

And yes you are correct it is a sleeper goby not a diamond goby got confused.

Thank you for the pea suggestion on my way to walmart to stock my pockets with some peas and walking right out. lol.
He swims fine no problem sinking or raising(not sure if im using correct terms or if this has to do with swim bladder).

Hopefully he just swallowed a "pebble" or something when he was sifting sand. Keep us apprised of his condition.
