Hello, I am setting up a nano and my tank is a rimless tank, I am in search on a 1/4 bulk head is there such size. If so where at? Where may I purchase one anything may help thank you!!!

Okay great, I was look to use it for the return hole, I have a 1/2 for the drain and now I needed another one for the return hole.

You must be working on something really small. That site also sells off size diamond drill bits that you will need if you are looking to install that on a glass tank.

Yeah its a 12 gallon nano rimless the owner before me had drilled it already I've tried purchasein 2 diffrent types of 3/4" bulk head but the tip fits but the treads doesnt.

If I was to use it as a return hole how would I make a nozel and elbow for the front and back of this uniseal? Thank you for the information greatly appreciated!

Are you sure you want 1/4"? That's about the OD size of some airline tubing, or RO tubing. If that is what you need, you can find air line tubing fittings at PetCo or PetSmart. For rigid tubing, you can look on BRS to see if there is something there that fits your needs (in the RO fitting section). Personally, I think that is awfully small for a return line on a 12 gallon tank. I would use 1/2" pvc for the return and 3/4" for the drain.

You can get a bulkhead union in 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" OD from Spectrapure, I use the 3/8" one installed in my ATO container for the DI flush on my UHE RO/DI. The 5/8" might fit the bill.

Okay thanks everyone, I will definitely look up each link. The glass hole is about the size of a quarter

If the hole you are looking for a bulkhead for is "about the size of a quarter," then the bulkhead you are looking for is probably a ½" - not a ¼". You could probably throw a 1/4" fitting through the hole for a ½" bulkhead. If the ½" doesn't fit, then it is possible that the person that drilled the tank originally didn't use a bulkhead. I have seen some people drill a hole and then just insert a short piece of PVC pipe through the tank and put fittings on both ends. Then they "seal" it with silicone. Definitely not the way to go, but I have seen it done.

If you can't find anything to fit the existing hole, you could also seal off the old hole and drill a new one to accept a ½" bulkhead in a different location.

Thank you for the advise Its actually a bit smaller than a 1/2 the tip of it fits but the threads wont fit D:

Have you maybe tried another brand of ½" bulkhead? Just grasping at straws here. I am at a loss as to what the original owner could have used in that hole, unless it was another brand of bulkhead, or no bulkhead at all. Strange. Good luck getting this resolved.

What is the exact measurement of the hole? Places like glass holes list hole sizes for all of their bulkheads.

I will try to get an measurement of the glass hole, Thank you for everyone's help i greatly appreciate it !
