Bulk Head Salt Crust

Tank is 6+ plus years running and has Schedule 80 bulk heads, well recently one has salt crust around dry side. I cleaned off and thought it was just some water drops over side that landed on bulk head. Not the case about 4 weeks later the dry salt around the whole thing again with most on bottom side. It's not a lot of salt creep but it's new.

Do bulk heads age and fail? thoughts on next action.

Salt creep on bulkheads is quite common. I have it in many places. Bulkheads do age, mainly the rubber gaskets - but not after 6 years ..... maybe 20. I'd not worry about it.
