I received an RO/DI from BRS last week. The switch on the front of the digital TDS meter was missing, so I held on to all the packaging and shot off an email.
I heard back from Brad quickly. He explained that since they don’t have individual parts for these meters, they were just going to send me a new complete one. No questions asked. Email is pasted below. I definitely felt well taken care of.
