Has anybody received messed up products from reef bulk supply. When my prism 2 led light arrived it was missing pieces and didn't even fit in box, so the side was scratched...just seeing if anybody has had similar issues with bulkreefsupply.com????

Never had an issue, myself, and I've ordered a TON of stuff from them.

Same here ordered a ton of stuff and the one issue I did have was with a heater that went bad and they sent me a new one in 2 days. Just call or email them they have good customer service.

Never but Im willing to bet it was shipper and mishandling by shipper.
BRS known to resolve these issues quickly

The only issue I've had was with the Maxspect light didn't come with any cables or power supply. BRS put me in contact with CoralVue who refused to help, but in the end BRS made it right and got me what I needed. It took awhile as BRS expected CoralVue to do right but it worked out in the end

I had a light mount that was missing a couple parts I contacted BRS and had tracking for a replacement within a couple hours.

Same here. My Tunze Nano ATO 3152 looked as though it was a return, box was crushed, items stuffed back in and the lid wouldn't close. But that was the only problem I had.
