Ill be moving to a new apartment soon so I will have an opportunity to change out the bulkheads. &nbsp;Unfortunately Deep Blue Professional does not have a phone number and won't respond to my emails so I am stuck trying to find out the exact diameter of the standard holes that they drilled. &nbsp; All I know is that one is 1" and another is 3/4". &nbsp;I want to go sch80 as i am tired of the stupid thing slipping and the rings popping off of the stock bulkheads. &nbsp;<br><br>Does anyone know of the official diameter cut from a deep blue 75g rimless edge tank?<br><br>I ordered both hayward sch80 at 1 7/8" for a 1 inch bulkhead and a corresponding 3/4"<br>and I ordered on the safe side the standard LifeGuard 1 and 3/4" bulkheads just in case those don't fit.<br><br>Input?

Yeah, I got an email today from DBA. They claim their hole sizes are 1 1/2 and 1 3/4. The sch80 is 1 7/8. What a bummer. Hopefully the lifeguard standards will meet my standards!

You can always redrill them, I bought my drill bits at BRS. Just drill a piece of plywood slightly bigger than the new drill bit and use that as a guide to get you started. Or do what I did . I went from a 75mm to 85mm hole which is only about 3/8 bigger. Tip the edge of bit where you want it to get it started then slowly level it off to go straight thru the glass. GL
