I ordered my tank to have 1" sch 80 bulkhead for the returns on each side, and when it came in the tank when in storage for a month because we moved, now setting it up and the bulkhead seems to move around a lot. 1 1/4 bulkhead seems to fit much better less room for it to move around. LFS says the 1" sch 80 is fine and within range to have that much play. I really wanted to use the sch 80, but now I am not sure, what do you guys think from attached pictures?

Thanks

As long as you have the proper gasket on the flange side of the bulkhead, you should be fine... even with the amount of play shown in your second picture. Just make sure you have enough clearance without the trim interfering for the nut to cinch down properly.

What, you didn’t like the advice in your other thread on this same topic?

Not the case, just finally got a working phone I could take some pictures, with and wanted to show everyone, so I should have just updated the other thread, but did not want everyone to have to scroll past all the posts to see the pictures.
