So my overflow came with two bulkheads and the video vs the provided the instructions were totally different. I feel like I’ve done it wrong. I know one for sure needs to be on the wet inside of the tank but does the other go between the tank glass and the over flow or between the nut and the overflow? Preface I do have minimal leak that salt creep seemed to stop

There should be a gasket on the flange side (not the nut side) REGARDLESS of whether that's the wet side or not.

Yes which I did but what about the second gasket? It came with 2

Should be one gasket on the wet side (inside tank) I wish mine came with two as you now have a spare.

No, the gasket goes on the FLANGE side, which can just as well be the dry side...

That photo is an external overflow attached to an aquarium with that bulkhead, it’s wet on both sides with a leak point sandwiched in the middle, you want a gasket on both side

According to the website, you stack both gaskets on the flange side...
