My bulkhead on my mixing station leaking and it’s driving me absolutely insane I don’t know how to fix it. Am I supposed to glue the bulkhead to the brute what am I missing?

Take the bulkhead off and silicone the gasket on and you should be good to go. You only need to smear a small amount with your finger on the gasket that comes in contact with the brute.
I do this on all standard bulkheads in all my systems.

Silicone? Or pvc glue and primer?

Silicone. Put in place lightly tighen bulkhead and in 24 hours you can take the bulkhead off and the gasket remains.
Tighten as normal. The gasket becomes part of the brute and will not leak.

I always create a gasket using a ring of potable water silicon sealant before I tighten down the bulkhead fitting.
