Looking to set up a mixing station using a 32G Brute Container and looking for some help please.

I have read uniseals don’t work on 32G Brute containers because the walls are too thin. I’ve also heard bulkheads will leak because the curve is too extreme on the smaller 32G container. Thinking 1/2 or 3/4 PVC so the fittings wouldn’t be too big.

Thanks in advance!

I used a uniseal first because that's what's recommended and it leaked. Your pipe has to be perfectly straight and never more for the seal to be good.
Bulkhead from BRS never leaked.A brute trashcan isn't thick enough that a bulkhead can't make a good seal. I've had it for 1 year and never had a leak.

Depends on where you’re putting the hole BUT I would think the bulkhead would be the better choice due to thickness.

I tried unseal and didn’t like the fit. So I went with bulkheads and it was perfect!

I used uniseal on both of my 32g brute cans. I got them from BRS. Seal is perfect, not a single drop leaked. I even move buckets and still, no water. I think the secret is of the whole itself. Location and clean cut.

If the plastic is thin enough and the bulkhead can flatten it, I like bulkheads, If the plastic is thick or has a bit of radius uniseals are better. I use both per these guidlines and they dont leak

1 1/2" uniseals leak!! No matter what I do, they leak. I drilled the holes perfectly circular, removed any burrs with sandpaper, bought new uniseals thinking the old one might be bad.... Everything! They still leak.

I really need to change my uniseals to bulkheads on my brutes. Even at an 1 1/2" the brutes are thin enough that a regular bulkhead would still lay flat enough to make a good seal.

how did everything work. trying to put together a stacked mixing station with 2x32 gall brutes and pan world pusher

I have a stacked station w/ 32G brutes and use 1/2" uniseals to connect top can w/ bottom and bottom can to external pump. No problem for years.
