I have two bulkheads on the back of my tank. Where my plumbing connects is it best to have a threaded bulkhead and connect with a threaded or do I need to glue it. I was thinking threaded.

Always, always use threaded connections IMO. And use as many thread X thread unions as you build. Some day you may need to add or move the plumbing. Threaded rules.
