Hey guys I got my tank in today and it looks as tho they made a mistake I had asked for 3 1” bulk heads and 2 3/4” bulk heads they put in 3 2” and 2 1” bulkhead instead my question is can I use reduced bushings on both ends of the bulk heads to make them to the correct size?

I don't see why you couldn't use reducing bushings to get to your desired size.

You only need the one bushing on the outer to adapt it to the pipe diameter you plan to use and get the flow rates you want, except maybe on the return where most of the locline stuff is 3/4. You could plumb that with 1" and the reducer on the inside would restrict the flow.
