Bulkhead size help needed!

Can anyone tell me what size bulkheads I need. The tank has 4- 1 3/4" holes already drilled.

Should fit a 1" bulkhead.

There are 2 on each side one is for return and one is for drain correct?

That depends on what drain setup you decide to go with.

Ok I see I've got a little learning to do! I have a 120 and 75 gallon now but they both have overflow boxes. Just got this tank with internal overflows. Thanks!

No problem at all. Look up "durso drains" and "herbie drains" for reef tanks. Both have their pros and cons. You just need go weigh them out and decide what works for you best.
