Bulkhead size on 150gallon tank

Thank you I'm going to try that. I don't want to have a failure here because I have no other options.

I don't want to see you have a failure either, we all wanna see a nice full tank!!

I have my new bulkheads in... Went to water test today so put in about a gallon of water into the overflow to see what i get. Look down below the bulkheads and everything looks dry so far after a few minutes of watching it... stand back up and look back to overflow box and i notice water in the tank.. so apparently i have a leak on both sides of the overflow box looks like down where it sits on the tank. so... guess i'll have to try and seal that up with silicone.. if it's not one thing it's another..
