I'm drilling out my 20 long and I'm not entirely sure what size I should do. From what I've seen 1inch for drain and 1/2 for return seems pretty good. If anyone has anything to addo or if this should be fine let me know please.

From my experience that will be fine. You don't want to go any smaller than 3/4 on the drain. Sounds like you have a good plan . [emoji4]

If it's an option I'd suggest exploring the idea of adding a second drain unless you want to see what a DIY ZeroEdge tank looks like. We never want to have a drain fail but it can happen and when it does will be at the worst possible moment.

I'm guessing you know this, but I need to say it just in case you (or others reading this) don't know it. You do not drill a 1" hole for a 1" bulkhead. The bulkhead size refers to the size of piping you will connect. The hole you drill is larger than the pipe you connect.
