Having a new tank built 240 gallons
What size bulkheads would you go with on the returns? I will have one return on each side of the tank with 3/4 loc-line inside of the tank. Should I go with 1" bulkheads as that what my plumbing will be or should I use 3/4 bulkheads?

My pump is Abyzz A200

Thanks

Thanks for the feedback. The drains will be 1.5" if I do only 1" to 3/4 locline, what type of adapter do I use inside of the bulkhead? I assume just something that will reduce from 1" to 3/4?

If you have threaded bulkheads you'll be looking at this...

And slip bulkheads....

If you're looking to go either the 1" locline or 1" to dual 3/4" lines or dual 1" have a look here...

Or here...

Thanks for the links. I did not know about 1 in locline. Do you think running 1" from my pump will be ok? It come out of the sump and splits to the manifold then splits to each return. Well that what I was thinking.

Honestly I'm not a huge fan of running a manifold off of a return pump but I would keep your return line at 1.5" and reduce as close to the tank as possible. The larger pipe will greatly reduce the friction on the water within the pipe and provide you with the best flow from your pump.
