One of the bulkheads broke when the person I bought the tank from was disassembling it to deliver…
He bought 2 different one as replacements but 1 is too big (on the packaging it came it it says 1” but I’m not sure if that’s actually right and it measures larger than that) and 1 is too small.
Pics of the one that I need and the other 2 to figure out sizes?

First pic shows the “broken” bulkhead that is what I need, middle white one is small and black last one is too big.

the new black one he sent will fit the bulkhead that’s still on the aquarium. So I’ll save it for spare parts.

Schedule 40 PVC pipe :
1/2 pipe = OD .84
3/4 pipe = OD 1.05
1" pipe = OD 1.32

Here’s the PVC that needs to fit in it. First pic measure of opening, 2nd pic showing comparison to the larger one that’s on the other hole and The video shows how big the black one is.
it does slip on the white one. But there’s a lot of wiggle room/space with that one in the glass hole.

I have the PVC pipe. Trying to find a bulkhead the same as the one that’s on it now… not really sure what I measure on it when looking at the size.

Bulkheads are sized by the pipe that fits in them.
They come with threads, without threads (slip) and one hole threaded and one hole (slip).

This is the one I’m trying to duplicate (picture) So would I need a 1inch?

if that’s the case this one says 1 inch but see video for how it fits…

My sugestion is you take the bulkhead to your LFS or a hardware / plumbing store and get one that fits.
