So I am planning on making some nice dosing containers out of water bottles and I want to drill the top and connect the airline tubing to the top so it can be disconnected as needed. To do so I am thinking I need a small bulkhead if sorts to secure an air tight seal on the tubing. Is there such a thing for air tubing?

Yep. I just looked to get some for my dosing container. $5 a piece I think. BRS sells the ridgid for $3 for 16"

I used them in my sump for my calcium reactor and ato

So dont have to worry about the line kinking of the inside i used acrylic piping inside the containers.
This is a little smaller than airline tubing and did not want to attach to the bottom of the bulkhead. So cut pieces of silicone airline tubing, heated and sliped over one end of the acrylic pipe. This made a snug fit.

still working on my controller cabinet so forgive the half finished look.

I installed the mur-lok bulkhead from brs with clear acrylic rod inside the container. The rodi polyethylene tubing works great in the mur-lok, but it won't connect to the doser pump adapter. How did you get your's to fit?

I'm using 1/4" uniseals with RO tubing for my boss bottle dosing containers. Work well and less the half the cost of Mur Lok or John Guest bulkheads
