Woke up this morning to find one of my Percula Clowns floating sideways and getting rammed into rocks from the powerheads so I pulled him into a QT and had to watch him pass away a few hours later. New something was wrong the last 2 days cause his colors were lightening up, his eyes were almost like he had cataracts and he had not been eating any one of the foods I had tried...All my other fish and corals are great and have seen growth. Trying to figure out what might of happened didn't see any signs of rot ,fungus or Ick so might have been an issue with him internally? I have had him for almost a month. We bought a pair of them, they were some of the first inhabitants besides the CUC...
PH 8.2
Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Nitrate 10ppm
phosphates 0ppm
calcium 370ppm
DKH 11

So sorry. Were they wild caught? If he appeared fine, probably something you could not control. Head up. Lots of heartbreak in this hobby, but lots of whoopees too.

Do you still have the body? Could you put it in a bowl of tap water? I want to see if flukes come out/off the fish. Use a dark bowl so you can see when they turn white and fall off.

^^ Listen to Meredith. The "eyes were almost like he had cataracts" suggests either flukes had reached his eyes or possibly a bacterial infection is in play here. Either way, all your other fish are in danger. But flukes are easily fixable by dosing your DT with Prazipro.

no will that react to my corals (zoa's, 1 leather, 1 Duncan) or send my skimmer wildly out of control LOL.
No the fish is gone didn't think to see but will remember next time had taken him out and he died in a QT.

Okay I need to move all the fish to a QT but will there be anything in DT to worry about Flukes wise or corals?? need to make a move can't help but feel worthless now:(
Now my QT has 20 g of tank water and 10g fresh saltwater and a heater, 2 pvc elbow's and powerhead (do I need filtration of anysort?)
anything else I need to worry about and how long should I keep them in the QT and what about ammonia in the QT ? sorry first fish hospice

Dont feel worthless! Your doing something to save them and that's awesome!
You'll want to have an airstone at a minimum to increase oxygen levels in the QT. Keep water available for water changes, because ammonia is a concern in a newly set up QT. You can use a small HOB filter with a sponge. Get a bacteria in a bottle product and soak the sponge with the bacteria for an hour before use. This will help, but water changes will probably still be needed. an ammonia alert badge is helpful for real time ammonia readings in the presence of meds. Some meds will render your regular test kit unusable.
Here's how to treat for flukes. I'm pretty sure they reside on the fish itself and not on the rocks or sand in the tank. That being said, a fallow period wouldn't be a bad idea if you suspect any other parasites like ich are present in the tank. Also, the flukes spread from one fish to another somehow, so I'm sure the leave the fish to find another after hatching from the eggs.
Flukes:

Symptoms - Flukes are parasitic flatworms which harbor mainly inside the gills. Physical evidence of flukes is usually not visible; however at least one genus likes to target the face & eyes, so you may notice visible symptoms in those areas. Behavioral symptoms such as yawning, head twitching, scratching (targeting the gill area) and lethargy are much more common. As the disease progresses, the worms move to the eyes, and this is when you may see visible symptoms (cloudy eyes). However, you can confirm the presence of flukes at any time by performing a freshwater dip. At around the 3-4 minute mark, you will see tiny white worms fall out of a fish (especially out of the gills) if a fish has flukes. The worms will settle to the bottom, so you can use a flashlight to look for them there as well. A dark/black bucket is preferred for the freshwater dip, as that makes the white flukes easier to see.

Treatment options - Prazipro. Performing a freshwater dip will provide temporary relief, but two rounds of Prazipro (5-7 days apart) is usually required to eradicate flukes. Formalin may be used as an alternative treatment.
