Bump on chin of clown fish

I notice this bump on the chin of one of my clown fish a few days ago. At first I thought it was a flap of skin, but now it looks like a cyst. I only see one bump, and it's the only fish with it. Any thoughts?

Can’t see it clearly, but two options come to mind- a minor bump injury, or, if it looks like it is coming from beneath the gill, it could be a thyroid tumor.
I would just watch it, and unless it grows in size, you shouldn’t need to do anything. If it does, you would need to move it to a treatment tank and dose with a broad spectrum gram negative antibiotic.

I was on my phone before - looking at larger images on my desktop computer this morning, there does seem to be some infective process at work here. If you can get a photo taken under white light only, I might be able to see more...

I turned up the whites on these. Hopefully you can find a pic that has good definition.

It looks stable and not growing. I would say it is a bump injury, and shouldn’t require and treatment.
