Have this naoko wrasse. didn't have any bump when I got it. Now I see this bump after a week I got him. He is in a QT tank with a baby yellow tang with no aggression. Copper is 2.1 and raised the copper in 3 days.

The day i got it, no sign of bump

That isn't a sign of any specific disease, I would have to say it is a strike/bump injury. Be sure not to make any sudden moves around the tank, and try to turn the room lights on before the tank lights, etc. to reduce a "flight reaction" in the fish.

One thing to note - there is a unknown wrasse disease that causes some of these fish to spin and swim oddly, while still eating. It is often attributed to the fish hitting its head (since the symptoms are clearly neurologic). However, evidence of the fish hitting something is usually never seen (missing scales, a bump like this, etc.) In this case, you should be aware of that issue and let us know if those symptoms develop. A link to that is here:

Agree on injury as they favor diving into rocks or sand structure and are somewhat a clumsy fish. It should heal on its own as long as no reinjury occurs.

bigger than yesterday

That's not good. If it is growing, then it is more likely an abscess. On small fish like this, there isn't anything you can do. With larger fish, you can sometimes lance and drain the abscess.

would it heal on its own, or is he a goner?
Tough to say - I guess I was just saying that there isn’t really any treatment you can offer it.
If it is an abscess and it isn’t too deep and it ruptures, it can heal over.
