Bumps on Fish - At a Loss

I had another thread to this (https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/blue-hippo-with-bumps-need-advice.278691/#post-3379433) but it has now seemed to spread to the other fish - attached pictures.

I have been dosing for Ich for 5 days now, but not helping- and I do not believe this is Ich.

My corals have been fine.

Nitrates have been high (10-15) since I started dosing for Ich because I have the skimmer off.

Any advice would help!

What are you dosing for ick? There are no reef safe products that will cure ick. I still believe it could be that- or velvet really. The spots are pretty small and numerous which lends more credence to it being velvet along with the 5 days to get this bad. You really need to remove all the fish to QT and treat with copper since it will cover both ich and velvet.

no - yours seem much more white.

And thank you mel. I have an (empty) 20 gallon QT tank - not sure how I would utilize it for all the fish in my 110.

You could possibly use a 55 gallon, or a stock tank to house them for a month of QT. It doesn't have to be a glass sided tank to do this, but it's optimal for viewing purposes.
