My foxface is in QT presently dosed with copper, surviving battle with velvet.

Yesterday i noticed two bumps on foxface as can be seen in the pic and another three small bumps on the other side.

Can these be flukes? My other fish in QT hippo tang is also having fluke issues confirmed after fresh water dip.

If the Hippo had flukes and was in the same tank as this one you’ll have to assume he is infected also.

UPDATE:

seems i was dealing with prazi resistant flukes as since i have reduced salinity to <15 ppt noticed massive improvement.

thank you everyone for responding!

Copper and hyposalinity cannot be combined, copper becomes much more toxic in lower salinity
appreciate your concern mate.
while doing water changes to reduce salinity i intentionally didn't replace copper so as of now it is zero ppm.
since fishes were in copper for 33-35 days before i started hypo treatment, i'm now thinking after matching my QT salinity with that of my DT (which will take another 15-20 days) will start transferring fishes.

Glad to hear that! Sounds like you have it covered
