Bumps on yellow clown goby

I recently got a clown goby and it looked healthy yesterday.
Today i found this :






(took him out for picture purposes)
Please help id the bumps!

Hard to see any specimen in a container and no light
Any other tank mates showing this?
If fish eating?
It looks a tad thin

I just got a clown goby a couple of days ago and when reading up on them I saw that there are a couple of situations where this can happen. It's probably not too serious of an issue.
