"burned" sinularia

OK...I know they're not burned... But I occasionally (once maybe twice a year) I get these "burned"parts on my sinularia that seem to affect only them. I usually trim these parts off and they heal nicely. I used to think they were due to nems or tube worms touching them but the marks don't seem to correspond to possible places they could be touching. Has anyone else seen this on their sinularias??

Bacterial thing? Do they fall over at night onto anything? Sometimes see them sort of deflate at night and bend over then pop back in the morning.
