So i haven't seen a lot of circulation of this coral and also not a lot of pics so excuse me if I'm asking a lot of questions. I'm assuming only the new growth tips turn green then they turn back to the base color? It seems like yourself, Rudy and Matt V. Are the only ones with colonies currently? How long have you had your piece in captivity? Man I really want to pull the trigger on this piece especially since it's actually a "frag" not a tiny piece. Last questions what's the growth rate and would you consider it hardy?

Questions are good for such a item and sorry for the delay.
1) New Growth: yes so far only the new growth produces the green to orange Coralite tips and once cut have stayed that color but basing turns to the red, my original 2" that's now 4" straight is still red but the new branches have the colored ends
2) The MAIN colony came from Golden Basket myself, MattV, Jason Fox, are the first to receive first clipping from GB mother colony. At current there are perhaps 11-14 others that own small frags that comes one of the three of us.
3) how long have I had mine for?
Close to a year now, I received either the first or sexing frag from GB.
4) frag sizes have been 1/2-3/4" in size and have been going for $300 buts it's a great grower and hardy.
My current colony is (or was been fragging a lot) 4x4x5.
