have a 5 stage BRS RODI system, with a TDS meter between the membrane and resin.

TDS into the resin is in the region of 3-5, but I’m burning through a full resin load in ~300 gallons. Even after a recent full change of all filter blocks. Which is insane.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Town water.

System has chloramines in it, but the resin is getting nuked even after a full filter block change.
I asked because well water can have high CO2 levels which can deplete the resin.

You might need to get a water report from your municipality or have an ICP test done to see what's in your water that might be causing the problem. I know some use separate anion and cation canisters instead of a mixed bed so they only have to replace the one that's being used up...

It definitely seems to be getting worse.

The lifetime of it also seems to take a hit when I use it intermittently - eg 5 gallons at a time. Feels like the water sitting in the system is causing an outsize drain on it somehow.
