Burnt led lens

Hey guys is this suppose to happen after 2 1/2 years of use?

Almost looks to be a fire hazard.

I believe that is over the violet LED, correct? That makes sense, as the plastic cover would be easily damaged by the high energy violet photons.

Not sure of the actual color but to the eye it looks like a blue channel led.

A while back but their response was to upgrade all the pucks and lenses at a $100.00 plus shipping to and back. Not really what I was referring too. All I was questioning is why I got cheap lenses and why no offer for free replacements for faulty equipment. Not having to spend an extra $200.00(upgrade+shipping). The whole fixture, all parts included should last more than 2 years if not fault of the consumer.
