Burrowing Euphyllia pest?

Just noticed this before going to bed, life sucks

Some kind of flatworm or other burrowing worm? It seemed to retreat to the top right under the flesh after I held my phone light onto it for taking photos, was kinda maybe crawling around there before.

Absolutely tiny, maybe 1mm maybe less. It's not some part of the Euphyllia reacting to an unrelated wound is it?

Not a euphyillia baby. I would place a dab of Gel super glue over it

Does it? I guess i have never seen an actual spionid worm, only their tentacles. Looks like a wriggly white thing, though i can't with absolute certainty say if it's moving on it's own or whether that's just the flow or my tired head.

The way to find out is to turn of flow for 2 minutes and you will know if its a worm or tissue flowing in the turbulence

Eeek I'm sorry. If it were me, I'd probably try to suction it off to see what it is. What is that snail below that right at the base of the tissue?

i guess i will tomorrow... i have a feeling that if i do it now i am going to drop it or something. 3 am here... Thought of maybe doing an incision with a tiny scalpel

That snail is one of thousands, probably colonista, and does not at all look like the thing in the euphyllia tissue

This kinda looks like a mesenterial filament, but it's all so tiny that i have no idea if that is the same thing as the other thing, or fighting that other thing, guess i am going to sleep and have nightmares now.
