Anyone see bursatella leachii in the aquarium trade at all? Curious if there is any demand/if they'd be viable. I know they have a shorter lifespan but wasn't sure if their pros (such as eating cyano/algae) outweigh that con.
This is for a Small Ragged Sea Hare, Bursatella leachii. Size: ~2-3+ inches, size varies. These sea hares are great for eating algae in the aquarium and they are super adorable. They are one of the few aquarium inverts that will eat the undesirable hair algae as well as other nuisance algae...

They have them decently often. Figure they're just as delicate as any sea hare species, if not more. If you get one, just cover up/sponge over your pump intakes/overflows/wavemakers. Death by suction is probably their number one cause of death next to starvation. If it runs out of algae, get used to daily feedings of nori (dried seaweed).
