Hi, wondering if there is a way to only view items being sold/traded in my region/state? I see the state on some of the items, but don't know how to narrow the search. Also, I'm in northern california so don't know if that is a possibility too.

If you find a thread that has your states prefix on it, click that state and it should filter all threads with that prefix to it.
For example, this thread has the prefix Missouri on it, select that:

And it'll take you to a new page with threads from only that prefix:
