Buying Apex Modules From Another Country?

I live in the UK and want to buy some Apex modules from the US. I assume they will work with an Apex brought outside the US?

Yes they will work, but if you had any warranty issues you would need to ship the item to Neptune in the US and then you will need to have a US address for them to ship back the repaired item to.

The benefit of buying Neptune products locally (in your region) is if there is a warranty situation then the distributor in that region where you purchased the product handles the RMA process.

Many thanks. I had thought of the warranty issue but because the price difference is so great, I think I will take the risk.
