With everything going on in the world I have found myself turning to buying livestock online. I tend to go local first, but my local store is having a hard time getting things. What is everyone's experience with online purchases?

Ordered 5 sps frags with standard 24 hour shipment, unfortunatly only 2 survived the colder temps at night here in Sweden. The heatpacks where still somewhat hot when the pack arrived and the packaging was good so cant complain, took a risk with the order.
Right now I have two fishes in shipment with UPS, a Percula Picasso clown and a Melanurus wrasse, really hope they arrive in good condition tomorrow otherwise it will probobly be my last online order for awhile.
I prefer shopping at my lfs so I can inspect the animal and get a good feel for it, but since most is out of stock, online is my only option right now. :)

I start shopping at this place for fish since my LFS have no deliveries.

I keep seeing this store mentioned but not a lot about them around, does anyone have their story? reviews? I had a good order with tsm aquatics but currently they are pretty low on fish.

I also made my first online coral purchase yesterday morning from bsacorals.com. It was a single head fathead dendro. I was not sent sen a order acknowledgment in my email and I contacted them this morning with my order number to get an update with no answer. Is this normal for online purchasing or should I be worried? Am I being to impatient?

I have purchased corals online many times, usually from other reefers in the sales forum but from a few vendors as well, with only 1 issue that was quickly resolved. Just placed my first fish order online, will see how that goes when they arrive Friday.

I'll give em a few more days. I just want to know if my order went threw.

Every place is low on livestock this days.

I placed a $300 from them Saturday and it arrived Tuesday. Communication was great via fb messenger as was follow up. They even called me just to check in. Everything arrived fine. They don’t double bag and packaging wasn’t up to par with Jason Fox for example who does a great job packaging but all in all it was a good experience. I’d buy from them again. These are some of what I got from them

@tsm corals and @MRReefs for me! TSM rocks for quarantined fish - great communication and awesomely packed! MrReefs - great acros and other things - awesome communication! Both well worth every penny. Check Tsm website frequently or send them a message - very responsive!
