I have a 32 gallon tank with lots of healthy corals. I have been stuck with only 2 fish for the past year because all the stores I go to are out of stock or are too big for my tank size. I only had 1 clown fish and 1 pj cardinal fish. im looking for small fish so at least I can add 3 more fish. The fish im trying to avoid are goby's, firefish, and dartfish.
Just wondering my local fish store is telling me to order a 6 line wrasse do I do it?

I wouldn't add a 6 line to a tank that size. They'll survive just fine, but they have a habit of turning into a bully and terrorizing their tank mates in smaller tanks.
If you want to order fish online, there are a few good online vendors you can choose, especially for relatively common fish like you're looking for.
On the "Expensive, but safe," side of things,
Dr. Reef and
TSM Aquatics offer high-quality, pre-quarantined livestock. Going this way is more expensive, but the fish are already QT'ed and good to go. Make sure to figure in the cost of shipping when evaluating if it's worth it. Neither is terribly generous with their shipping policies, so expect to pay almost as much for the shipping as you do for the fish unless you go for high-dollar fish.
On the less expensive but slightly less 'safe' side of things,
Blue Zoo Aquatics and
Saltwaterfish.com are two vendors I've had good experiences with in the past. They don't QT before they ship, so you'll have to decide for yourself if you want to QT before adding anything from those sites to your tank. Of course, if you already QT, then it's a moot point - you'll be quarantining regardless. In that case I wouldn't hesitate to order from either site.
Lastly there's
LiveAquaria. They've been up and down over the past few years, and I'm honestly not sure how they are right now. Personally I don't think I would order from them, considering I've literally had to coach them about how to deal with customer service issues with their customers.
Regardless of where you order from, order so that the order will ship out early in the week, and have them ship to a shipping center rather than your home. Also make sure that you check the forecast when you plan on having your order ship - ideally, you want temperatures to be between 65 and 85 degrees wherever you are when the order is supposed to arrive.
