Wasn't quite sure where to post this. I am looking to buy this tank.
80 gallon Aquarium
* Great Lakes Aquarium manufactured (Warren, MI)
* 1/2" thick glass on all sides including bottom sheet of glass (very durable construction)
* Black silicone sealing
* 48" long x 24" deep x 17" high
* Built approx. 2 months ago at manufacturer by personal request - upsizing to larger tank now
* Weight about 140-150 lbs (estimate) due to 1/2 thick glass construction - can move with 2 guys without excessive strain
Tank only - no gravel, filters, stand, canopy, etc. Thanks
Does anybody know anything about this company and what the tank might be worth? I will be setting it up as a reef with my 30 gallon as the sump. I have an Eschopps nano HOB overflow (200GPH). Would it be bettr to add a 2nd HOB plumbed into one inlet(total 400GPH) or get the tank drilled for a diy pvc in tank overflow? It is 1/2 glass.
