Mostly skimmed the video, but seemed quite sensible. Didn't realize folks still use the term 'quid' anymore LOL. I'm not a particularly big fan of buying used gear. People tend to expect more for their used stuff than they'd be willing to pay you for yours. I completely agree that if a piece of kit is critical to the tank don't buy used. I also tend to extend this to things that incur mechanical wear. I don't buy used vortechs, precisely for reasons like the one articulated in the video.
