from my time as an electrician and a reefer. I would never purchase any piece of equipment used, just because you dont know if the seller took care of the equipment, did they have a whole house surge arrestor? were the components inside damaged from surges, brown outs and outages? plus u have a nano and the fixtures that size are cheap, i run a viparspectra on my 25.
